Job Responsibilities:
In the role of a Captain at the BLINKIT Warehouse, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, including but not limited to picking, packing, scanning, loading, and unloading of various items within the warehouse. This role calls for versatility and an ability to execute these tasks with efficiency and precision in the bustling environment of a warehouse.
Shift Timings:
To cater to a diverse range of schedules and preferences, OEL Electronics Pvt Ltd offers multiple shift timings, which include the following options:
- 6 AM to 3 PM
- 3 PM to 12 PM
- Night Shift: 9 PM to 6 AM (with rotational shifts)
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary package that includes:
- Basic Salary: ₹11,000
- Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000
- Leave Allowance: ₹650
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Four weekly off days
The in-hand salary for this position amounts to ₹12,650 per month, and additional incentives are provided for night shifts, equating to an additional ₹100 per night and a potential ₹3,000 in incentives.
