Responsibilities :
. Responsible for retail processing/management of stock disbursements, stock disbursements
, auction processing and closeouts
. Processing of Corporate Actions – Identifying customers eligible to receive corporate action benefits and distributing the same to such eligible customers in a timely manner (dividends/bonuses/splits/subdivisions/mergers/branches)

Process share pledge/unpledge requests from customers.
Test and implement back-office system changes. Managing Regulatory Reporting Requirements
. Coordination between Demat Pool Account/CUSA Account and other his Demat Accounts
. Handles customer inquiries/audit requests/inspection requests
