Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, translating between English, Bengali, Assamese, and Hindi, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali/Assamese.
- Translation between English, Bengali, Assamese, and Hindi during the interview.
- Minimum qualification: 12th passed.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Salary expectations: CTC – 12,000 to 15,500 INR.
- Rotational week-offs and shifts (24×7).
- Work from the office.
- Leaves: In the first 3 months, only emergency cases are eligible for leave.
- Double-dose vaccination is required.
- Politeness and patience are essential.
- Good communication in English and Hindi or Bengali is a must.
- Ability to translate English to Assamese, Hindi, or Bengali for candidates who know Assamese.
- Candidates should be residing in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
