 Responsibilities

Actively monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure that daily operations at the airport run smoothly.
Improve ground service performance and deliver consistently superior service across your national network.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and/or regulatory requirements Company Policy
Ensure safe work practices to minimize the risk of injury to employees or damage to the aircraft
Irregular Operations and Crisis Plan and ensure preparedness to deal with the situation
Airport communities representing Vistara’s interests in society (e.g. AOC, SITA CUTE, etc.)
Ensure consistent and exemplary service delivery at all customer touchpoints Responsibility to deliver
Monitor OTP and take corrective actions
Ancillary revenue targets to be achieved
Ensure all compliance requirements are met Follow corporate and regulatory requirements (DGCA/IOSA, Labor Laws) . )
Precautions to ensure no revenue loss/theft or theft at airport level.
Emergency response preparation

Education Requirement :

  • Must be at a level of Sr. Executive (1B) or 1 level lower than the position
  • Minimum tenure in the current role and level – 18 Months as on release date of IJP and must have attained
  • – Bachelor’s degree

Skills Requirement 

  • Ability to train, motivate and guide a team
  • Strong supervisory skills with leadership acumen is required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are must
  • Basic Knowledge of MS(Word, Excel)
