Branch Sales Manager Responsibilities

Execute the defined strategy to achieve the defined performance of the branch.
Create a demand funnel and efficiently meet sales forecasts by maintaining a good relationship with clients
Manage growth and profitability of the branch by maintaining competitive knowledge so as to create and adjust sales strategies
Expand and retain the company`s base of customers for affordable home loans by developing and maintaining strong liaisons with the clients/channel partners for repeat business or referrals while also ensuring they are part of our future projects.
Build and develop a defined source mix comprising of direct and indirect sourcing channels.
Capitalize on business opportunities, builder tie ups, and plan and monitor joint promotional activities with developers.
Facilitate the development of new locations as per targets so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
Ensure smooth functioning of the lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.
Manage post-sales escalations for customers/resellers.
Coordinates and monitors all major departments within the company and plans the loan product roadmap.
Manage branch operating costs such as acquisition costs, expenses, and operations.
Strictly monitor book quality and minimize delinquency at branch level.
Work with the recovery team to support the proper closure and separation of stressed accounts from the portfolio.

Education Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree

Skills Requirement 

Stay informed of market trends and competitive intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Ability to establish internal controls for legal compliance, conduct periodic audits to detect violations and fraud, and take corrective and preventive actions.
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the market/competition/processes and products available in the market and provides positive feedback to the central product and policy team for market advantage.
Ensure compliance with all audit/NHB regulations and company policies and procedures.
