Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations

Responsibilities :

· Achieve pre-determined business objectives in terms of ANP, deal count, active stores, active sales force, and various KPIs for a specific store

· Collaborate with Store Manager on business implementation plans

· Promote and motivate store staff with RAMBO RM and store staff Provide login support to procured applications

· Connect to correct branch database and ensure authentic documents

· RAMBO Sales/Operations Team Builds relationships with customers to ensure that assigned branch business and productivity goals are effectively achieved

· Gathers information and meets with customers inside and outside of the branch as needed.

·Develop, agree on, and execute short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales goals.

·Achieving branch RM activation goals.

·Work with RAMBO’s sales/operations team to conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business results.

·Require partners to commit to achieving business goals
