Responsibilities :
- We carry out comprehensive plans for technology transfer to CMO, site transfer, scale-up, exhibition, and process verification through effective planning and utilization of people, materials, and machinery.
- Documentation activities such as new production implementation forms, scale-up reports, CMO-BMR reviews, sampling plans, PV protocols, etc.
- Train all operators and supervisors on all incidents, investigations, and her SOPs.
- To ensure that products are manufactured and stored in accordance with relevant documentation to achieve the desired quality.
- Responsible for reviewing and commenting on MF, FMEA, RA, protocols (sampling plans, process validation protocols) and compliance. Troubleshooting batch processing and support for data comparison and root root cause identification in CMO.
- To ensure that packing operations and tasks are completed on time.
- To ensure that product stability loading occurs in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and pre-testing equipment intended for use in scale-up, exhibition, and process validation batches. H. Equipment preparation, vial cleaning and dehydration, CIP/SIP systems, PLC, equipment, etc. Scale-up reports must be evaluated and signed by authorized personnel before the batch is issued and submitted to Quality Assurance.
- Responsible for assisting authorities and operators in standardizing production activities to achieve better efficiency and quality. Review validation protocols, SOPs, and other cGMP documentation.
- Close collaboration with all support departments. H. Production, NPQC, QA, QE (Engineering), and warehouse for smooth execution of scale-up.
