Responsibilities :
– Support pre-sales technical discussions
– Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers and provide technical and product training to all users
– End-to-end Must be able to provide compliance, BoQ, and technical proposal preparation Provide – Coordination of final solutions for RFP/RFQ/RFI/RFP, especially government RFPs related to IP Telephony, UC, Help Desk
· Technical specifications Draft and make appropriate recommendations for RFPs as per business use case
· Act as technical liaison between sales, customer, and pre-sales related engineering
· Sales team and product. Work closely as a bridge between teams to map business requirements and product features
· Support partner management in identifying and analyzing potential partner opportunities and sales channels
· Assist with support
· Business Performs other/or additional tasks as required.
Education Requirement :
· Degree in Electrical/Computer/Telecom Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years experience in SIP, VOIP, Soft switch, IMS core, NGN core, Helpdesk Solutions, Unified Communication and IP Telephony Field is mandatory
Skills Requirement
· In Depth understanding of telecom/voice technologies, solutions and services
· Excellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skills
· Good level of proficiency in written/conversational English
· Able to travel extensively and at short notice
· Possesses go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
· Candidates with existing contacts or established customer base will have added advantage.
