Responsibilities
Program
12 months of paid training with on-the-job training
9 hours per day (including 1 hour break), 5 working days
Online assessment after completion of 3 and 11 months
Scope of Training
All Provide customers with legendary customer service
Provide customers with the Starbucks experience by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
Education Requirement :
- Students pursuing 11th or Secondary / 10th pass level
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Valid Aadhar (National Identity) card
