Spiceworks Job Openings In India – Junior Copy Editor Posts – Work From Job For Freshers

You will be a part of the Editorial team and support editors by uploading and reviewing/ QC’ing content to the Spiceworks publication. Your goal is to ensure that adequate fresh, original content is uploaded to the site, meeting both quantitative and qualitative goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Uploading content

1. Upload up to 5 content pieces on the website every day, which are proofread thoroughly to ensure that each copy is 100% error-free.
2. Ensure that all articles follow the correct format and add hyperlinks where required.

• Supporting role:

1. Performance tracking of core success metrics for the content.
2. Keep Editorial Calendar current and up-to-date for the brands (for news & guest contributor program)

Experience:

• 6 months – 2 years in a similar role, preferably in journalism, editing, content, marketing, content management, media/ mass communication, publishers, data management functions.

Other skills: 

• An eye for detail and ability to focus on quality.
• Critical thinking ability to identify what type of content is a good fit for our publication and what needs to be rejected .
