Responsibilities:
- You will play a vital role in creating and executing designs that align with PhonePe’s brand strategy. This includes developing visual assets, setting design guidelines, and ensuring brand consistency across various creatives, including CRM/Brand materials.
- Collaborate with our Creative Manager to establish the design strategy fundamentals. You will need to understand our brand’s sentiment, guidelines, and target audience, and be able to reference impactful design ideas that can be adapted for our products.
- Your work will encompass visual design for banners, emailers, infographics, and marketing collateral for both print and digital mediums. You’ll be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life and presenting your ideas to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the final designs.
- You will be involved in every stage of the creative process, from conceptualization to commercialization, and will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the visual identity of PhonePe.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in illustration and design.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of design principles.
- Attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in design software and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
