As a Team Lead in our Financial Crime Operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers’ funds. We’re seeking a talented and solution-oriented Team Lead to oversee the performance of our analysts and drive them towards delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities at Revolut Recruitment 2023
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 FinCrime Analysts, guiding them to achieve their best quality performance.
- Ensure daily operations align with productivity and quality SLA expectations.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team gatherings, and performance evaluations.
- Proactively challenge existing processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and communicate unusual trends in team performance, attitude, and other management parameters.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership by taking ownership of complex issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Serve as a point of contact for law enforcement agencies during ongoing criminal investigations initiated from submitted SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports).
Requirements For Revolut Recruitment 2023
- Strong fluency in English (C1 level).
- Minimum of 1 year experience managing a team of 5+ FTEs.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulators.
- Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
Revolut Required Skills:
- Relevant experience in AML/Compliance or card disputes.
- Familiarity with AML and sanctions regulations (JMLSG, ML regulations, OFAC, POCA, etc.).
- Solid understanding of the relationship between legal and business risks.
- Practical knowledge of SQL.
