Responsibilities :
a) Consolidation, finalization and monitoring of regional sales plans and performance: monthly and yearly.
b) Contact customers and distributors to generate orders daily.
c) Monitor actual customer acquisition compared to plans (sales plan, MOU, annual budget).
d) Take corrective action in case of deviation from plan.
c) Regular communication with customers and distributors regarding production schedules, material availability at various production locations, price changes, MOU programs and signatures.
d) Feedback to customers regarding shipments, order status, and stock transfers to regional warehouses.
e) Variety/location specific movement planning to warehouses and regular monitoring of physical inventory, in-transit inventory, STO to avoid stockpiling, and monitoring of inventory obsolescence and disposal.
f) Customer scope:
i) Planning: Category/Frequency,
ii) Physical visit followed by online submission of visit report in CRM module,
iii) Tracking exceptions in RPOC; Finish for sure. Setting norms,
iv) Regular updating of customer profiles,
g) Collection of samples of both finished products and raw materials with the aim of improving the level of service to customers.
h) New customers – hand holding, master creation, variety selection, DCA connections, technical know-how, etc.
i) Complaints # Recognize and resolve issues by providing feedback/escalation.
j) Prepare annual expenditure budget for assigned area.
k) Liaison with local associations and authorities.
