Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all corporate relations activities are handled effectively and swiftly
- Communicate with candidates who have cleared the Relevel test and the partnered corporates at various steps of the placement process
- Coordinate with internal and external parties involved for a smooth candidate placement process
- Ensure a constant flow of conversations with leading companies in India
- Connect with TAs and HRs from these companies to propagate Relevel’s value proposition
- Collaborate with internal and client legal teams to ensure prompt closure of agreements
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Communication, time management and negotiation skills
- Self-Starter and able to work with little direct supervision
- Energetic and flexible
- Hard-working and team-oriented
