      Key Responsibilities:

      • Accountable for GMV growth in designated areas and adjoining geographies.

      • Understand the cab supply market in terms of Operators and fleet of vehicles owned.

      • On-board high-quality operators by following the redBus onboarding process.

      • Gain the trust of Operators. Provide training to operators when needed. Ensure the adoption of any features launched.

      • Identify and develop new business opportunities pertaining to the mapped markets.

      • Monitor Supply and Demand: Add supply in areas where demand isn’t fulfilled.

      • Work with cross-functional teams such as CRM and Product

      • Take steps to improve NPS and cab operator ratings through appropriate interventions to ensure that the travelers would become a good source of word of mouth.

      • Provide timely feedback to the manager to take necessary action.
