Why You Should Join
This role requires the candidate to work on retention marketing – managing Customer lifecycle campaigns for redBus.

Execute customer lifecycle campaigns on owned media for Brand team for one or more LOBs – redBus, rYde and redRail.

End-to-end management & roll out of Customer life cycle management marketing Campaigns for – India market/ International markets/ New Lines of Business.

Defining Events structure for marketing automation tools, Working with tech/product team for events configuration

Mandatory Knowledge of working on marketing automation tools like MoEngage & Clevertap

Campaign configuration, validation, reporting in marketing automation tools. Formulating CLM strategy ( content, frequency, touch points) for new and existing segments

Optimisation of targeting/communication/channels for existing/new campaigns
-
Analysing Campaign, Business, Source, Event, GA and other relevant data to propose new customer segments for improving CLM performance

Managing Adhoc CLM marketing campaigns on Push, Mail, WhatsApp and SMS channels

Pulling out customer data through SQL queries from Automation tools & data servers for data analysis and campaign execution

Tracking customer loyalty metrics and campaign metrics at weekly/daily level
-
Managing multiple external vendors and agencies for execution and analysis of CLM campaigns
Education Requirement
Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Computer Application & Marketing
Skills Requirement

Good knowledge of SQL ( must ) and working knowledge of Python ( Good to have )
