Responsibilities :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent service to Qatar Airways customers over the phone and ensure that every interaction maximizes customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include making new reservations and changing existing reservations, providing correct fares, traffic rules, issuing/reissuing tickets, and processing refunds. In addition, it also supports the activities of e-commerce and mileage his programs.

Key responsibilities include:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, web chat and social media

· Maintain and generate reports as required

· Sales, upsell and cross-sell Qatar Airways products and customers. Services to

· Complete anti-fraud checks

· Make outbound phone calls to customers to provide information as required

Education Requirement :

High school diploma and one year of customer service experience.
Reservation and ticketing experience (GDS systems experience – Amadeus/SITA, etc.) preferred.
Candidates with contact center experience are an advantage.
I have excellent spoken and written English and am confident in expressing myself clearly and conducting conversations.
Interactive, customer-focused, warm, cheerful and expressive personality.
Be customer-focused and ensure customer satisfaction whenever responding to customer inquiries or calls.
