Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:-
The role involves processing customer activation applications for timely and compliant onboarding experience. Ensure support to sales organization including retailers for quicker customer acquisition.
Process new activation documents for both prepaid and postpaid services
Approve SIM exchange within TAT through correct approval of customer documents
Ensure document compliance and actively identify fraud
Retailer and doc pick-up partner management for practical training on document screening
Support TERM requirements as per need.
