Execute all project/event operations from start to finish.
Oversee system configuration, and testing, and monitor project timelines.
Handle and facilitate client communications and support.
Comprehend and align with client objectives to meet their business mandates effectively.
Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams (design, tech, product, content, and more) to ensure project success.
Prepare and disseminate regular reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Conduct project kick-off and internal team meetings to strategize and execute the project efficiently.

Preferred qualifications for the role:
2-4 years of experience in Client Management and Servicing, as well as Project Management.
Excellent abilities in presenting, speaking, and written communication.
