Oracle Health is seeking a motivated technical writer with a passion for developing user support and improving the healthcare experience for our customers and their patients. As an Oracle Health Technical Writer, you will design, develop, and maintain corporate and departmental user support materials for use by physicians, system administrators, and other Oracle employees. Your responsibilities include developing user interface labeling, user help, implementation and configuration documentation, and release text.

Responsibilities :
Facilitate discussions with internal teams regarding timely delivery of user support deliverables.
Ability to influence at the team level and coach others on user support and documentation processes, standards, and best practices.
Participate in complex, high-profile user support development initiatives.
Create, publish, and maintain original content, and review content written by colleagues to help identify mistakes early in the documentation cycle.
Evaluates technology projects and their impact on customers, defines requirements for user support materials, facilitates reviews with subject matter experts, tests and consults with her partners and other customers.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex documents and recommend the best approach to customer-facing documents.
Education Requirement :
- At least five years of combined college education and related professional experience, including a bachelor’s degree in English, technical communication, instructional design, or other related field.
