Responsibilities :
Review accounting entries based on bank statements and customers.
Review bank reconciliations and maintain proper financial records.
Review and prepare monthly financial reporting packages for hedge funds and private equity funds, including determining “net asset value” and preparing asset statements. Ensures that the fund’s income and expenses, including management fees and performance fees, are deferred and comply with relevant accounting standards.
Accurately and timely process all capital activities including calls and distributions, transfers, roll-ups, capital commitments, and drawdowns.
Derive prices for portfolio investments. Update status report.
Cash Management – Manage the store’s daily cash flow and monitor cash flow of funds. Processes incoming and outgoing cash movements related to capital activities.
Reporting – Create customized reports to respond to customer inquiries.
Independently reviews and completes cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations and investigates and resolves any discrepancies.
Creating and maintaining investor information, such as payment models and contact information.
Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree
Skills Requirement
Ability to lead, motivate, assign tasks, set goals, and manage performance of teams to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate information, expectations, feedback, and updates to team members and customers.
