Education Requirement :
• Understanding of the basics of Active Directory, Microsoft Garçon zilches
• Appreciation of network basics, similar as TCP/ IP, Ping, Trace Route
• 1 Times of specialized support or IT office side support
• Solid troubleshooting chops • Fluent in English
• Capability to work in cross-functional brigades
• Excellent oral and spoken communication chops
• Available for multiple shifts, including afterlife and/ or overnights
• CompTIA, Network, or Security a perk, but not needed
