Responsibilities at Mphasis Recruitment 2023
- Responding to queries related to HR policies and processes via ticketing tool.
- The role involves non-voice communication, with a few outbound calls as needed.
- Employee Engagement and Employee Benefits management.
- Working with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Working collaboratively as a team to resolve queries and problems while also having the ability to work autonomously.
- Performing Ticket analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
