steward –
We are looking for a disciplined, attentive, organised and patient steward
Qulification – 8 th pass
* Welcoming guests
* Greeting guests when entering and leaving
* Listening to guests’ requirements and communicating with the concerned person
* Taking table orders
* Ensuring guest satisfaction
* Assisting server and kitchen staff
* Setting up tables when guests leave
* Stocking tables with essentials, including trays, condiments and cutlery
* Ensuring everything is in place before leaving the restaurant
Housekeeping-hotel housekeeping room attendant, supervisor, and manager
Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and reporting any safety hazards to the homeowner or manager in charge.
They must complete tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash cans, dusting shelves, cleaning windows,
and mopping floors. Some Housekeepers change linens, wash dishes, and do light ironing and laundry.
Food Production
They assist chef de partie and Demi chef de partie in food preparation. They also
assist in cleaning and rotating the stock properly in large establishments. Only
with patience and willingness to learn the ability, they can reach their maximum potential.
Maintenance
As a hotel maintenance worker, your job duties are to inspect and repair various energy systems,
such as the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment. You also
assist with repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products, such as windows, carpets, and light fixtures.
