currently hiring Housekeeping Staff for both hospitals and hotels. As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas of the hospital or hotel.
* Clean and sanitize patient rooms, guest rooms, public areas, offices, and other designated areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
* Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, carpets, furniture, and fixtures to maintain a neat and orderly appearance.
* Dispose of waste and hazardous materials in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
* Replenish supplies, such as toiletries, linens, and towels, in patient rooms and guest rooms as needed.
* Follow infection control procedures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
* Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Respond promptly and courteously to guest or patient requests for additional supplies or assistance with housekeeping matters.
* Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospital or hotel setting, is desired but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and established cleaning protocols.
* Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, guests, and colleagues.
* Knowledge of infection control procedures and safe handling of cleaning chemicals is an advantage.
