  • The role will collaborate with development, business and BSA team to ensure adherence to MetLife’s standards and to follow .

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop test plan, test strategies, test scenarios and execute test case as per requirements
  • Create connection for source and target
  • Create query pairs in QuerySurge
  • Develop automation scripts using QuerySurge
  • Co-ordinate between multiple applications (development, QA team)
  • Creation of test data request by understanding requirements
  • Perform peer review with other team members

   

  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering

   

  • 3-6+ years of relevant experience in software and data testing
  • Strong knowledge in ETL testing using Big Data/DWH
  • Core hands on testing skills in Bigdata ecosystem i.e., Hbase, hive, Solar
  • Good knowledge of test data management process and test management tools like QC/ALM and Qtest
  • Working knowledge of FRD, BRD, mapping documents based on requirements
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
