We are conducting a campus interview at Satpura ITI Manjhapur, Balaghat (Madhya Pradesh) on November 6, 2023, through our trusted partner M/s Sun Bright Manpower Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Job Overview:
As a Temporary Worker (TW) at Maruti Suzuki, you will have the chance to be a part of one of India’s leading automobile manufacturers. This is a 7-month temporary position designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: ITI Pass-out with a minimum of 40% marks in the 10th examination.
- Age Limits: 18 years to 26 years (on the day of joining).
- Trades: We are looking for candidates with skills in various ITI trades, including Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Machinist, Tool & Die, Turner, M.M.V, Painter, Welder, Tractor Mechanic, Foundry Man, Auto Body Painting, Auto Body Repair, and other relevant ITI trades.
- Passing out Years: Candidates who passed out between 2018 and 2023 are eligible to apply.
Required Documents:
All candidates must bring the following documents (Original & Xerox Copy) for verification:
- Educational qualification Certificate and mark sheet
- ITI Leaving Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driver’s License, Voter ID, or Passport
- Three recent passport-size colored photographs
Salary and Benefits:
Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary of ₹29,200/- per month (in-hand salary of ₹25,000/- per month) along with other benefits, including subsidized food, uniform, and company policy-related perks. After the 7-month period, exceptional performers will have the opportunity for advancement to TW-2 based on performance and company requirements.
