As a Shift Manager/Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy the Starbucks Experience. Your responsibilities will include deploying partners (our team members) and delegating tasks effectively, allowing them to deliver exceptional service. You’ll assist the store manager in maintaining the high standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
- Deploy partners and delegate tasks to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience.
- Model and act in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles.
Desired Candidate Profile:
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in team management, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry. You should have a 12th-grade education or a diploma.
