Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing both Recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities. Your expertise in Non-IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, particularly within the BFSI sector, will be a valuable asset. This is an opportunity to showcase your proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes, various sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Demonstrate excellent prioritization and time-management skills in handling multiple tasks, including joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Leverage your strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain meticulous HR reports and databases, showcasing your attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Gender: Male/Female
- Notice Period: Less than 15 days
- Experience: 2-3 years in Non-IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI hiring. Consulting background is also welcome.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Abilities: Accurate work, strong learning orientation, and effective execution skills.
