  5. Budget Management: Adhere to and manage the approved budget, ensuring an orderly workflow according to priorities and efficient resource utilization.
  6. Customer Focus: Drive a customer-centric approach in the organization, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Monitor and engage on social media platforms to actively participate in discussions.
  7. Effective Complaint Resolution: Collaborate with various stakeholders to swiftly and effectively resolve customer complaints, improving our brand’s image in grievance handling.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate: Any discipline
  • Post Graduate: Any discipline

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service
