Job Info:

·         Design, develop and maintain content for Instructor Led Programs (ILP) for various Training Modules applicable for Functional Learning areas covering assessments, training content, facilitator guides, post training assessments/evaluations, workbooks, etc.

·         Design and develop content to be published on Internal Learning Mobile App via various formats like PPT, PDF, Videos, etc. for continuous learning.

·         Handling the admin for Internal Learning Mobile Application for assignment of content or User query resolution.

Experience:

·         2-6 years of experience in instructional design, content development with understanding of training strategy, design strategy

·         Experience of Learning Content Design and Development Framework

·         Business experience in working on projects developing content using relevant tools.

·         Thorough understanding and experience of different training product types – ILT, Simulation, Elearning, Mobile App, etc.

Key Competencies and Skills:

·         Strong communication skills – Written & Verbal

·         Creative and innovative

·         In –depth knowledge of MS Office especially Power Point and Excel.
