Responsibilities :
Process video calls from customers and complete full KYC.
Please confirm that the information you entered when opening your account matches the documents you submitted.
Make sure KYC is performed only by the correct parties.
Must maintain good relationships with customers throughout the KYC process.
Cross-selling of other banking products.
Provide complete and accurate information about all products offered to customers.
Respond to callbacks when customers are busy and ensure follow-ups are timely.
Responsible for quality communication and customer service within established productivity and service benchmarks.
Achieve conversion and cross-selling goals defined from time to time.
Ensures customer satisfaction and a consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Compliance with Information Security and Quality Process Standards.
Be aware of and follow process updates.
Act on performance improvement guidelines based on team leader/team coach feedback or quality and coaching provided to the team.
Education Requirement :
Fresher or Graduate with appropriate experience (at least 1 year experience in liabilities sales preferred)
Skills Requirement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
I am a good listener and have good communication skills.
Flexibility to take her 6 weeks of vacation per month with 9 hour shifts and late nights.
