Responsibilities :
· New customer acquisition (NTB) through independent external initiatives for our checking and savings account products. Customers include individuals, small businesses, foundations, organizations, corporations, and corporations.
・Revenue generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and cost efficiency through products, processes, and regulatory compliance
・Retain customers acquired in the first three months and develop relationship assets before handing them over to branch banking teams
・Maintain average quarterly balance sheet
・Conduct regular promotions and customer events to acquire potential customers.
・Cross-selling of MF, gold, insurance, and wealth products.
Education Requirement :
Fresher or Graduate with appropriate experience (at least 1 year experience in liabilities sales preferred)
Skills Requirement
· Hard core sales mentality. Primary motivation from achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
· Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
