Responsibilities :
1.Responsible for overall security operations of four Iron ore Mines of JSW Steel Ltd.
2.Leading a team of security officers, supervisors and security guards Superintending security operations. Entailing regular visitor’s entry / exit to the premises and traffic inside and outside of premises including recruitment & administration of security personnel.
3.Developing the security plan for newly acquired mines for smooth functioning and meeting the organizational goals.
4.Developing systems to ensure zero theft of material by creating / implementing / improving security systems and resolving all kinds of security problems
5.Liaising with local police and coordinating the settlement of local issues with transport unions, local leaders and villagers Coordinating activities for the identification of training needs of security personnel for upgrading their technical skills and briefing security personnel at the respective posts.

- Comprehensive knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including physical security, cybersecurity, and personnel security.
- The ability to identify and assess security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats to the organization, and to develop strategies for mitigation.
- Developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies and procedures to protect company assets and data.
- Providing security training and education to staff to ensure they are aware of security best practices and potential risks.
- Developing and executing crisis management and response plans for security incidents, such as breaches, theft, or physical security emergencies.
