What You Will be doing
Set up the Jio Lead Associates (JLA) channel to generate leads effectively.
Ensure active participation of onboarded JLA members to boost lead generation.
Responsible for acquiring and activating customers according to company guidelines.
Establish JLA cohorts as channels, catering to Premium, Youth, Mass, and Homes segments.
Plan and conduct customer visits to ensure all leads are covered within the assigned area.

Skills and Requirements
Fluent in the local language for seamless communication with customers.
Comfortable using a smartphone for customer interactions and assistance.
Presentable appearance, ensuring basic hygiene when engaging with customers.
Knowledge of the local geography to navigate and assist customers effectively.
Ability to manage channels and teams efficiently.
Must have a two-wheeler for convenient travel.
