- Create, organize, and construct vast global networks.
- Work together with the device and product teams to define the requirements for 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming.
- Validate technical specifications and designs, such as those for provisioning, performance management, accounting, authorization, and authentication, to enable global roaming smoothly.
- Using information from the business unit for internal business decisions and budgets, assist in the formulation of technical-level recommendations for new network deployment, upgrades, and investments.
- Verify the service provider’s capabilities in terms of performance, coverage, and other factors.
- Troubleshoot and analyze network, performance, and route issues.
- Identify the root causes of issues and offer suggestions for change.
