Eligibility Criteria:
- Female Indian nationals, 18 to 27 years, with Indian Passport.
- Educational Qualification: 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Height and Weight: Minimum 155 CMs, weight proportionate to BMI.
- Appearance: Positive body language, well-groomed, no visible tattoos in uniform.
Requirements:
- Dress code: Half-sleeve shirt, knee-length fitted skirt, skin-colored stockings, and makeup.
- Carry 2 passport size photos, soft and hard copy of the updated resume, photocopies of 10th and 12th mark sheets, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Passport.
- Mandatory mask; Aarogya Setu App check and vaccination certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with DGCA regulations, keep licenses updated.
- Maintain ethical practices, medical fitness, and rest regulations.
- Follow roster guidelines, adhere to reporting timelines.
- Knowledgeable about products and services, adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Comply with Service Level Agreement, best practices, attend flight briefings.
- Ensure a clean and fresh aircraft for takeoff, correct catering, and safety checks.
- Maintain grooming standards, connect with customers through exemplary service.
- Brief customers on safety and security guidelines, address queries.
- Follow guidelines, be confident in emergencies, make announcements.
- Create WOW moments, display high standards in serving food and beverage.
- Follow service guidelines, assist passengers with special needs.
- Provide timely assistance, monitor the cabin, and keep it clean.
- Promote the airline brand, sell extra services onboard.
- Demonstrate safety, security, and first aid duties.
- Follow the code of conduct, practice ethical behavior.
