Job Description:-
Would be required to conduct regular customer service and systems training programs, along with other programs assigned.
Open to travel for 15 days a month with rostered offs
Actively participates in team and ifly engagement activities
Actively contributes to ongoing and future projects.
Updates and improves all training material (modules/job aids) pertaining to functional training module
Contributes towards quality enhancement of the training program and brings in innovations for efficiency.
Be open to work in a shift pattern (Rotational shifts and Rotational offs)
Lead in setting a new ifly center
Actively participated and/or be part of program/product launched by airline
Launching a new training program
Skills required
Worked for a minimum of 3-4 years in a training environment
Understanding International, domestic and code share flights/operations
Managed and/or understand IROPs operations
Strong understanding of IndiGo policies
Trained on advance DCS and World Tracer Web
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MS word, excel and PowerPoint. Basic understanding and comfort with virtual video editing tools is desirable.
