allocation based on contact inflow heat
maps
2. Onboard QAs to Uber Tools
3. Analyze QAs productivity, provide
recommendations to Uber on optimal
staffing for efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
Graduate
A person should hold 2+ years of experience in MIS- International voice/non voice process
Process Approach and comprehension of customer requirements
• Mature individual with ability to work & communicate with people across production floor
• Ability to think analytically
• Good interpersonal skills
• Internal and External Stakeholder Management skills
• Good product knowledge supported with excellent communications & presentation skills
• Strong understanding of MS Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Ability to coach and mentor agents
• Complex problem solving and critical thinking

1. Educational Qualification: Graduates from a Recognized Board or University as determined by IndiGo. Result awaited and exam-pending candidates are not eligible.
