Responsibilities :
1. Safety and Emergency Procedures:
- Learn and understand all safety and emergency procedures, including the operation of safety equipment, emergency exits, and evacuation protocols.
- Participate in safety drills and training sessions to familiarize with safety processes and measures.
2. Passenger Service:
- Assist passengers during boarding, seating, and disembarking processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring passenger comfort, addressing queries, and catering to passenger needs during the flight.
3. Cabin Preparation:
- Prepare the cabin before flight departure, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and proper arrangement of seats and amenities.

4. Catering and Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with the catering team to ensure timely availability and distribution of meals and refreshments to passengers.
- Manage inventory of in-flight supplies, restocking as needed during the flight.
5. Communication and Announcements:
- Deliver in-flight announcements, including safety briefings, service announcements, and instructions to passengers.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the flight crew and ground staff throughout the flight.
Education Requirement :
- Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination, from a recognized Board or University.
Skills Requirement
- Female Indian nationals, with Indian Passport, between 18 to 27 years of age.
- Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English and Hindi respectively.
- Height and Weight: Minimum of 155 CM’s, and weight proportionate to BMI.
