• Investigate Whistle Blower and Vigilance assigned cases and complete them within defined timelines.
• Effective, fluent in Investigation report writing.
• Work on various projects including preventive Vigilance activities etc.
• Prepare and maintain MIS, Tracker, dashboard for different vigilance activitiesSecondary Responsibilities
• Prepare deck / notes for Senior Management review including weekly / fortnightly/ monthly/quarterly updates
of the tracker & Dashboard to senior management
• Prepare material for Vigilance training awareness sessions, mailers etc.
• Check Industry best practices for process automation for vigilance activities and plan/execute with IT and
relevant stakeholders within defined timelines
• Act as a back up for team members.
• Take up ad hoc task as assigned.
