Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate customer needs and generate new revenue streams by leveraging cross-selling opportunities according to customer lifestyle, risk profile, and requirements.
Contributes to the spread of home loans in rural markets through lead generation and account opening based on customer needs.
Spearheads map detailed household needs based on direct customer interactions.
Perform end-user checks as directed after loan disbursement while maintaining monthly and annual goals. Maintain group loan accrual targets.
Achieve personal and store sales goals through new business sales, referrals, maintaining account relationships, and maintaining high collection efficiency.
Lead loan preparation. High quality documentation to minimize inquiries/rejections from operations/credit teams.
Works with operations personnel to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Ensuring compliance with bank requirements
Education Requirement :
Graduate Full Time / Bachelors in Commerce
Skills Requirement
– Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
– Provide support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
