Job Info –
- Closure of audit observations, Monitoring Backups, Closure of VA/CA points
- Managing the UAT/preprod servers, ensure uptime, Patching, Code deployments, testing
- Preparing the project plans and updating the actual v/s planned dates in the Service Now Tool
- Publishing dashboards for the Status on various enhancements, projects
- Preparing the BRD/FSD/Release notes/Rollback plans documentation
- Coordinate with the Production Support Team for L2/L3 issues and ensure closure with coordination with Vendor
- UAT deployments/Preprod sanity testing, Coordinate with Stakeholders for Sign off
- RCB meetings participation for handle queries on change Management
- Coordinate with Linux OS Teams, Oracle DB teams, Middle ware for VA/CA closures
- Handle the audit queries for applications managed
- L2/L3 Production issues- Liaise with the business as well as Vendor for closure of Production issues, Get RCA
- Define project plans and initiate, oversee simple and medium projects aand bugs, manage the scope of the project.
- DAM Integration, Discussion with Stakeholders on new requirements,
- Coordinate all bug resolution and change development activities for the solutions
