Your Role and Responsibilities
As Service Associate -Onboarding, you are responsible to ensure seamless onboarding experience for new joiners.
- You will be the first point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding
- Welcoming new employees, facilitating paperwork completion and processing, accountability in understanding current IBM business/structure/strategy/ news,

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
