Responsibilities :
Business Analysts (BA) operate across the Programme lifecycle, and must be capable of undertaking various types of change delivery (including Agile and waterfall)
BA works closely with Front Office, IT, Analytics (Quants) teams, Architects and fellow change team to deliver project/program as per organization processes on time
Stakeholder management, works closely with Product Owners and executes test cases before presenting to relevant stakeholders.

Content heavy role – Business Analysts must demonstrate strong business knowledge and sound business sense, and stay abreast of the industry, business-wise and technology-wise.
Stakeholder complexity – Business Analysts will often need gather requirements and agree designs across business stakeholders, dealing with different interests and resolving disagreements and conflicts, and sometimes needing to challenge poor requirements and design decisions. They will often attend and lead these meetings or workshops with no Transformation supervision.
Multi-disciplinary – Business Analysts need to be able to shape business requirements and solution designs that encompass all aspects of the delivery (customer, people, process, policy, technology – system, data, infrastructure, etc.). Business analysts often work on multiple projects simultaneously
Education Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree In Commerce
Skills Requirement
- Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably with FRM/CFA certification
- Sound knowledge of Traded Risk – Counterparty Credit Risk
- Simulations, Pricing and Aggregation knowledge is desirable
- Worked on Risk Measures calculation: EEPE (Effective Expected Positive Exposure), EPE (Expected Positive Exposure), PFE (Positive Future Exposure) etc and Bank’s Internal Model Method (IMM) implementation
- Business Analysis skills
