Responsibilities :
Build and maintain business relationships with customers.
Operational Customer Relations Responsibilities: Develop and maintain superior customer satisfaction.
Understand customers at local, national, regional, and WW levels, analyze delivery requirements, and contribute to customer strategic business plans.
Collaborates with customers to develop strategies and processes in areas such as performance metrics and measurement, escalation change management, and communications.
Primary point of contact for operational and tactical matters impacting the delivery of all services (all functions) to customers: Manage customer expectations through performance metrics and reporting, escalation management and communication plans. Masu.
Owns spending/cost target commitments for all service delivery requirements and develops, implements and monitors cost controls.
Ability to effectively and proactively manage risk for medium to high risk projects.

Advise on pre-sales and change order negotiations, presentation and approval of deliverability and cost solutions.

Education Requirement :
- First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 – 8 years relevant business experience.
- Multi cultural and x-country experience desired ITIL/ITSM experience.
Skills Requirement
- Ability to build & manage strong customer relationship at the senior level.
- Strong influence & negotiation skill.
- Ability to apply business management, financial concepts & contracts knowledge to analyze business needs and develop recommendations.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing, presentation skills, listening actively.
