Responsibilities
Daily tracking of logistics activities
Handling of issues at customs
Monthly logistics cost management
Coordination and implementation of logistics projects
Setting up new trucks for NPI
Tracking and tracing through FF system
Internal – appropriate coordination with CX, procurement Establishing communication channels, LC Team and Trade Compliance Team – and External – Customers, FF, Internal and External Suppliers and 3PL Service Providers – Stakeholders
Knowledge of Trade Compliance documentation requirements
Working experience in SAP. Power Point and Excel are required.
Coordination with customs, shipping companies, and carriers.
Manage your company’s worldwide shipping operations.
Manage special shipments such as ocean sales, dropshipping, and customs clearance. Maintains his 100% MIS/database for all inbound and outbound operations with
reports, monthly MIS, weekly MIS, and ability to track expenses.
Should be responsible for repairing shipping losses.
Must be responsible for resolving shipping discrepancies.
Lead project implementation and build cost reduction initiatives.
Strong control over various MIS and reports. Work with
Trax and Finance to pay service providers in a timely manner.
High communication skills
Education Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree
Skills Requirement
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Export – Import and forwarding.
- Must have 1~2 years minimum of working experience of ERP-SAP system
- Must have very good communication skills in Verbal & Written English
