- Must be proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word and Power point and possess knowledge of Green Belt, Lean, and Scheduling etc.
- Should have sound knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools such as Avaya CMS, Aspect, Verint WFO and BI Tools
- Should be well aware of Ecommerce industry & must have used it in daily professional life
- Usage Experience of e-Wallets like (Paytm/Momikwik/PhonePE) & have functional knowledge of the product
