Responsibilities:

Design and develop automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
Execute manual and automated tests, analyze test results, and identify defects and areas for improvement.
Perform thorough regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of software releases.
Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and debug software issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in software quality assurance and testing.
Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
Experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge of SQL and databases for test data preparation and validation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
