Ensure maximum customer engagement to improve customer experience
Enable value-added services to customers to improve business penetration and generate more sales
Implement Balanced Scorecard approach and points
Provide on-site product support
Responsibilities :
Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive sales growth and maximize profitability in dealer services
Improve happiness index (CEI and CES) and work with all stakeholders to reduce customer complaints The end customer is HMCL -Workshop
. To ensure timely submission of warranties and FSC claims by resellers.
Reduce the number of sales partners who do not complain, reduce warranty denials, etc.
